1. Service description
OperSite is a B2B SaaS platform for managing cleaning interventions. It enables companies to plan, track, and document cleaning services at their sites.
2. Platform access
Access to OperSite is exclusively by invitation. A company administrator creates user accounts (managers, workers). No public registration is available. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Roles and responsibilities
The platform defines three roles: Admin (full management of the company, users, and settings), Manager (management of sites, interventions, and documents), and Worker (execution and documentation of interventions in the field).
Each user agrees to use the platform in accordance with their role and their company's guidelines.
4. User obligations
- Provide accurate information when using the service
- Do not share login credentials
- Report any unauthorized use of their account
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Do not attempt to compromise the security of the platform
5. Data and content
Data entered in OperSite (interventions, photos, documents) remains the property of the client company. OperSite acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR. Data is hosted in the European Union (Supabase EU, Firebase EU).
6. Service availability
OperSite strives to ensure maximum service availability. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates. Users will be informed whenever possible of scheduled maintenance.
7. Limitation of liability
OperSite shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
8. Termination
The company administrator may deactivate a user account at any time. In the event of termination of the company contract, all user accounts will be deactivated and data will be exported or deleted in accordance with the agreed terms.
9. Modifications
OperSite reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
